Reported Cases

ON JULY 3rd, the Texas Supreme Court reversed the Dallas Court of Appeals in Ingram v. Deere, a landmark partnership law case tried by Richard L. Armstrong of Armstrong the Law Firm, in June, 2004. The result was to negate an approximately $5,000,000.00 judgment against our firm's client, Jesse Ingram, Pd.D. and his behavioral psychology clinic. A take-nothing judgment was reinstated for the Plaintiff. See more complete details at http://blog.netoffer.com/richardarmstrong/ .
